KEMCO is seeking to add a dynamic Business Development Manager to our amazing team!

Job Summary:

The successful Business Development Manager will consistently achieve sale volume and profile margin targets with customer satisfaction and account retention being the top priority. The Business Development Manager will work remotely, based in the Houston, TX area, with travel to KEMCO business office, sales events, job sites, and in-person customer meetings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales and profit objectives.
  • Identify, contract and negotiate with potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely deliver of customer quotes and orders.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Attend trade shows, conventions, and professional events as directed to promote company products and services.
  • Provide performance coaching and leadership to assigned team members and ensure departmental alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and submit required sales reports and forecasts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Other duties as assigned to support business needs.

  • Ability to prepare computerized reports
