The Promoter position reports to Events and Retail Management. The position’s primary purpose is to promote the benefits of Renewals by Andersen and schedule qualified appointments to increase sales.

• Travel to different locations to promote company product using trained Methodology
• Schedule appointments
• Setup and tear down events
• Prepared with supplies for setup, i.e. catalogs, lead sheets, etc.
• Attend weekly meetings and training

• High School Diploma or equivalent or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• One year of experience in sales, promotions, brand ambassador, retail, or related customer service

• Must have good communication skills
• Must have job knowledge/product knowledge
• Must be able to work with little supervision
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients and other employees
• Basic computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.
• Basic math skills
  
  Ability to take instruction and prioritize
• Must have transportation and able to travel in Houston and surrounding areas
• Must have a cell phone

• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work outdoors if event is outside
