Join us today as a Business Development Representative in one of our Digital Centers of Excellence located in Cary or Houston. In this role you will develop quality pipelines and support the field sales organization to drive new revenue for BMC.

• Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, reach out to new and existing customers to identify new revenue opportunities for BMC, and develop inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for our field sales team.
• Identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach, using a persistent and innovative mindset.
• Ensure that enablement and training resources are part of your daily operating rhythm, taking full advantage of the investment provided by world‑class enablement teams.
• Participate in global projects, challenge yourself, and act as an innovator when solving everyday problems.

Salary: $45,240 - $55,315 annual base, with an On‑Target Earnings range of $69,600 - $85,100. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country‑specific benefits.
