Hunton Rental Solutions is seeking a Rental Account Manager to help expand our footprint in the greater Houston area. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to develop customer relationships and drive sales of HVAC, power, and compressed air rental equipment. You'll manage a portfolio of existing and potential clients while collaborating with our operations team to deliver solutions that meet customers’ temporary utility needs.

• Represent Hunton Rental Solutions as a trusted advisor and industry leader in the rental market throughout your assigned territory.
• Build relationships with new, existing, and dormant customers through cold calling, CRM outreach, and face-to-face meetings.
• Qualify leads and project viability, respond quickly to inquiries, and generate quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Drive revenue growth by closing deals and managing accounts to achieve sales targets aligned with division goals.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer expectations are met with excellence and timeliness.
• Attend regular sales meetings to discuss performance, share insights, and strategize on growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activity, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites, including the potential for overnight stays.

• Proven ability to convert leads, close deals, and retain accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Self-motivation and a proactive approach to business development.

• 2–4 years of experience in rental sales, or a related field, or a 4-year degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the rental equipment industry and/or mechanical systems (HVAC, power, compressed air) is a plus.
• Experience working in the Bryan–College Station area is a bonus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods.
• Frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms; occasionally stand, walk, and use hands to operate a computer and phone.
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Must be able to regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
