Design Public Group is in search of an Executive Sales Director to join our team supporting our Texas territory. Ideal candidate will be located in Dallas or Houston.

• Develop and grow new markets within the assigned territory, increase budgeted sales and increase market share.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers with organizations with complex environments, both new and existing.
• Continually implement innovative ways to improve processes, products, and client experience.
• Responsible for revenue growth and new product sales of Design Public Group to expand share of the existing customers' business.
• Create a business plan for assigned territory that is consistently maintained and captures existing business and relationships with growth plans for 6-month, 12 months, and 24 months.
• Collaborate to help develop existing account strategies and tactics, local team/dealer integration, presentations, corporate visits, mock-ups, proposals, pricing, etc.
• Manage the identification, tracking, and development of sales opportunities with Salesforce.
• Maintain relevant reporting for designated territory.
• Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience required; 5 years of experience preferred.
