Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the U.S. market
- Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing customers
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, product discussions, and technical/business negotiations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and follow-up
- Develop new accounts while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and new applications for centrifuge technology
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and plant management, to meet customer requirements
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to help shape future sales and product strategies
- 10+ years of sales and/or business development experience
- Proven experience selling industrial equipment or machinery
Strong track record of new business development and customer acquisition - Ability to manage the entire sales process independently
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel
