Partners Finance is the FINRA/SIPC-registered broker-dealer supporting the Partners real estate platform in raising private equity capital for value-add funds, development projects, land strategies, and select joint ventures.
As the Partners Finance Associate, you’ll build capital-raising expertise working directly alongside the Managing Director to drive investor outreach and capital formation across Houston and the broader Texas market. The role offers real ownership of a robust pipeline of prospective and existing investors; from identifying and prioritizing high-quality opportunities and generating qualified meetings to cultivating internal referral channels and advancing relationships through diligence and commitment.
Along the way, you’ll gain direct exposure to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, and other private capital sources through investor meetings and presentations, while developing deep fluency in Partners investment strategies and current offerings. Close collaboration with the broader Capital and Development teams will provide firsthand exposure to the opportunities you’re bringing to market, and how those relationships ultimately translate into capital raised.
A key near-term priority is consistently generating qualified investor meetings each week while strengthening the depth, organization, and follow-through of the investor pipeline. As you grow into the role, you'll take on greater ownership; conducting investor meetings independently, sourcing new opportunities, owning selected investor relationships, and directly contributing to capital raised.

- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified investor meetings, including individual meetings, group presentations, lunches, office visits, and investor events.
- Prepare for investor meetings by reviewing prospect backgrounds, prior interactions, investment interests, and relevant Partners offerings; participate in meetings alongside the Managing Director and take a progressively more active role as experience, product knowledge, and licensing develop.
- Manage post-meeting follow-up, including providing investment materials, coordinating additional diligence, tracking next steps, and helping move prospective investors from initial engagement through commitment.
- Work across the broader Partners platform to develop internal referral opportunities, meeting regularly with brokers, equity owners, property management professionals, development teams, and other service professionals to identify potential investors and referral relationships.
- Research and develop new prospective investor channels, including law firms, CPA and accounting firms, companies with concentrations of…
