Our client, a leading provider in Freight Forwarding logistics and warehousing solutions, are seeking a dynamic Business Development candidate to join an expanding team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the freight forwarding sector. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet complex supply chain needs.
Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain business development.
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes, customs regulations, and transportation modes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios within the freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience developing new business within freight forwarding.
- Deep understanding of global logistics and shipping regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
