Inside Sales Representative

The company focuses on supplying LED technology solutions to a wide range of commercial and industrial customers across the United States. This is a full-time on-site role in Houston, TX for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, preparing customer quotes, generating sales, account management, and providing exceptional customer service daily.

• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
• Plan and execute your own sales plans
• Able to achieve your own goals to maximize sales potential
• Offer support and information to help customers meet their objectives
• Collaborate with your directors to determine important sales strategies and sales approaches
• Provide information on products, service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order and reports
• Resolve and address customer complaints regarding sales and service

• 4+ years of lighting or signage sales experience required as must
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
  
  Ability to travel occasionally
• Familiarity with AGI 32 and Quick Books

Pay: $80,000.00 - $ per year
