This full-time, on-site Sales Professional role is based in Houston, TX. The Sales Professional will welcome and engage clients, provide personalized styling advice, and present Kiton’s ready-to-wear and bespoke collections with deep product knowledge and brand storytelling. Responsibilities include driving sales, building long-term client relationships, managing client follow-up, and maintaining a client book to support repeat business. The role also involves ensuring an elevated in-store experience through visual merchandising standards, coordinating fittings and alterations, and collaborating with the team to meet individual and store sales targets.

The Sales Professional will handle transactional activities, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and support events and trunk shows as needed.

• Strong luxury retail sales and clienteling skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse clientele in a polished and professional manner.
• Knowledge of high-end fashion, tailoring, and styling, with an appreciation for craftsmanship and bespoke garments.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, handle POS systems, and manage basic sales reporting and CRM entries.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort working in an on-site boutique environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
• Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is highly beneficial.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
