Regional Business Director, Long Term Care; Texas Region

Role

Regional Business Director (RBD), Long Term Care (LTC), leading LTC commercial activities and team management within a specified geography.

• oversee LTC sales performance
• develop and execute regional strategic plans
• coach and develop account managers
• drive performance
• manage P&L
• collaborate with Market Access teams to optimize market strategies
• support account development and promote product use
• ensure compliance and maintain technical expertise
• lead virtual and in-person engagement efforts
• manage regional budget

• BA or BS (advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years of field leadership or sales success, with LTC/hospital/health system sales experience essential
• proven leadership in developing top talent and delivering results
• ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing
• Preferred: psychiatry or launch experience
• Preferred: digital marketing aptitude
• Preferred: market access background
• Preferred: residence within the territory

• focus on CNS conditions, with a direct impact on neurological and psychiatric patient populations
