Key Account Manager – North America; Houston

At Tecnofil, we transform copper into high-performance solutions for the electrical, energy, and robotics industries worldwide. With nearly 50 years of experience and new operations launching in the United States, we are expanding our commercial presence across North America.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – North America to lead and grow our strategic customer portfolio, driving sustainable sales growth, margin performance, and long-term profitability across the U.S. market.

• Own and execute the commercial strategy, sales budget, and pricing for key North American accounts.
• Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, and fabricators across strategic segments.
• Lead negotiations, quotations, contracts, and new product introductions.
• Coordinate closely with Houston and Lima operations to ensure reliable execution, quality, and delivery.
• Drive business development in Electrification, Power Distribution, Data Centers, EV, and Grid Infrastructure.
• Build senior-level customer relationships and act as the primary commercial point of contact.
• Develop forecasts and align commercial commitments with production and supply chain capacity.

• 5–7+ years of experience managing key industrial B2B accounts in manufacturing, metals, or electrical components.
• Proven track record working with large OEMs or strategic customers in North America.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and pricing skills with cross-border exposure.
• English fluent (required) | Spanish advanced (preferred).
• Lead strategic accounts in a growing North American operation.
