Business Development Representative – Talent Acquisition Manager

QLM is searching for an ambitious, self‑driven, motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. QLM is a Labor Management Company focused on staffing projects with Skilled Trade personnel. This full‑time, salary position offers the opportunity for sales commission earnings.

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr. Commission:
Monthly.

• Travel to multiple job sites to sell and service both new and existing customers/contractors.
• Accountability for site visits and completion of Job Site Analysis (JSA) to manage job‑site risk and safety.
• Identify additional staffing needs and opportunities by conducting service calls and following up with existing customers.
• Deal with client and employee relations and resolve issues as they arise.
• Consult with customers regarding business needs.

• 2 years of proven and verified experience in staffing/sales positions.
• 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Trade‑specific knowledge specializing in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, drywall, welding, HVAC, concrete, and carpentry fields.
• First‑rate interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and employees.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to quickly digest and implement feedback and coaching.

• Base Salary: based on experience.
• Commission: Monthly.
