We're looking for outgoing, motivated people to join the team as Entry-Level Customer Service Assistants
, supporting live events and face-to-face promotional sales campaigns.

You'll spend your day meeting new people, representing brands, answering questions, creating positive customer interactions, and supporting the team with campaign activity.

You don't need a long résumé or years of experience. We're more interested in how you communicate, your attitude toward learning, and whether you're comfortable getting involved and speaking with people.

• Speaking with customers face-to-face at events and promotional locations

• Representing brands in a friendly, professional way

• Starting conversations and building rapport with new people

• Explaining campaigns, services, and offers clearly

• Answering questions and helping customers throughout their interaction

• Supporting customer sign-ups and sales activity

• Working alongside the team toward daily campaign goals

• Taking part in briefings and reviewing results at the end of the day

• You're starting out and want to build practical customer-facing experience

• You're confident meeting and talking to new people

• You've worked in retail, hospitality, sports, volunteering, or another team environment

• You enjoy busy, social environments where every day involves different people

• You're motivated, reliable, and willing to learn

• You like having goals to work toward rather than waiting for the day to pass

• You want to develop your communication and sales skills through hands‑on experience

Previous customer service or sales experience can be useful, but it isn't essential.
