Saga Senior Living is hiring a Sales Assistant at Tarina of Kingwood, our assisted living and memory care community — $23–$24/hour.

As our Senior Living Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in connecting prospective residents and families with the care, support, and lifestyle they need while helping the community achieve occupancy goals.

• Competitive pay — $23–$24/hour, depending on experience

• Guide prospective residents and families through the decision‑making process from initial inquiry through move‑in
• Conduct personalized community tours and follow‑up outreach to build relationships and convert leads into residents
• Develop and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local businesses
• Assist planning and participate in networking opportunities, educational events, and outreach initiatives to increase community visibility
• Track sales activity, lead progression, and occupancy goals using CRM and reporting tools
• Collaborate with community leadership to ensure a seamless and welcoming resident onboarding experience

• 1 year of senior living sales or related experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 18 years old
