Benefits Advisor

Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional who thrives on building relationships and helping businesses design smarter, more effective benefits strategies?

Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc. (BCH) is growing and seeking an Employee Benefits Advisor to partner with mid-size to large organizations and deliver strategic, consultative benefits solutions.

This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on advising business leaders, generating new business, and building long-term client partnerships. You’ll have the opportunity to build and grow your book of business by winning new clients while managing, retaining, and expanding existing relationships. You’ll have the support, resources, collaboration, and reputation of BCH behind you as you grow your business with a respected Texas-based independent insurance brokerage.

What You’ll DoBuild and sustain strong relationships with clients, business leaders, and key decision-makers.

Identify, pursue, and win new Employee Benefits business aligned with BCH’s ideal client profile.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and turn prospects into long-term client relationships.

Manage and service an existing book of business while identifying opportunities for growth.

Meet with prospective and current clients to understand their needs and evaluate their benefits programs.

Serve as a trusted advisor, explaining coverage options and recommending customized Employee Benefits solutions.

Develop and present benefits strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional solutions and coverage.

Ensure smooth and timely renewals while maintaining an exceptional client experience.

Collaborate with internal teams and insurance carrier partners to deliver effective solutions for clients.

What We’re Looking For3–5 years of Employee Benefits experience

Mid-to-large employee benefits sales experience strongly preferred.

Experience in all funding mechanisms; i.e. fully insured, level-funded and self-funded

Strong understanding of Employee Benefits products, insurance policies, and industry best practices.

Proven ability to generate new business and build relationships with executives and key decision-makers.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand and manage complex insurance placements with accuracy and attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

General Lines – Life, Accident & Health & HMO license required or ability to obtain shortly after hire.

Valid driver’s license.

Insurance designations a plus.
