Solvara Solutions is currently hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Manager in Houston, TX to support our growing Base Power residential energy campaign
. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity focused on customer engagement, sales, marketing, and leadership development.

In this role, you'll work directly with customers to represent Base Power
, a Texas electricity provider offering residential electricity plans paired with home battery technology. You'll educate potential customers on available energy services, home battery solutions, and program benefits while helping grow customer enrollment throughout the Houston market.

No previous energy experience is required. We provide hands-on training covering the campaign, customer acquisition, sales, marketing, and leadership development.

• Represent Base Power and its residential energy services professionally
• Engage directly with potential customers through face-to-face interactions
• Educate customers on electricity plans, home battery solutions, and program benefits
• Answer questions and help customers understand available service options
• Support new customer acquisition and enrollment
• Develop professional communication, sales, and presentation skills
• Learn campaign operations and performance management
• Participate in ongoing leadership and management training
• Assist with training and developing new team members as you advance
• Help support daily campaign goals and client expectations

No prior energy, sales, or marketing experience is required. Solvara Solutions provides structured training designed to help new team members learn the Base Power campaign, develop their skills, and take on additional leadership responsibilities based on performance.
