This is a PART-TIME, SALES-FOCUSED role for 20 - 25 hours a week in the evenings. THIS IS A SALES POSITION. This IS NOT at simple receptionist position.

We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven
part-time Front Desk Sales Associate with an outgoing personality for our salon.

. Your focus will be on converting clients into members,
selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests. Growth opportunities available for the right candidate.

• Increase membership sales and retail sales
• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
• Book appointments in person or by phone
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment

• 2+ years high-end or membership sales experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Growth mindset; “can‑do” attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Desire to grow in management
• Experience with Mind Body Software is a plus!
• Experience working in a salon‑environment or membership‑based business is a plus!
