Account Executive

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Houston, TX, 77032. In this role, you will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts to management.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is preferred4-5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or customs brokerage services.

Proven experience in sales or account management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
