Sales and Memberships – Legends Boxing (Beechnut Location)

We are a dynamic boxing gym dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals through effective training and a supportive community. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales and Membership Specialist to join our team and drive membership sales while providing excellent customer service.

• Membership Sales: Actively promote and sell gym memberships to potential clients.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into members.
• Promotions: Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns to attract new members.
• Client Retention: Implement strategies to maintain existing member satisfaction and retention.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to articulate the benefits of boxing and fitness to potential members.

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness or sports industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

• Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with the gym team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.

• Genuine interest in fitness, boxing, and healthy lifestyles.
• Knowledge of boxing techniques and training programs is a plus.

• Previous experience in a fitness environment.
• Familiarity with gym management software and CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus.
