Houston, TX — We’re hiring a full-time, licensed real estate agent to join a high-integrity, Christ-centered firm focused on growth, excellence, and personal development.

What You’ll Do:

Participate in regular ongoing sales training, business coaching and mentorship

Respond to and convert warm buyer and seller leads provided by the company

Host open houses, attend showings, and conduct listing appointments

Use proven systems and checklists to stay on track and serve clients well

Actively prospect to build your own pipeline (we expect a 1:1 balance)

Provide an exceptional, honest experience to every client
