  • Quality & Analytics: Running critical assays to verify the quality and quantity of AAV vectors.
  • Process Improvement: Designing and executing research experiments to improve existing AAV Production Systems.
  • Lab Operations: Managing lab supply purchasing and maintaining a high standard of research-level record keeping.

  • Adaptability: The ability to multitask effectively, meet hard deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new software/technology.
Why Join Us?

This is a contract-to-hire position, offering you the chance to prove your value and secure a long-term home within a company at the forefront of biotech innovation. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors, gaining visibility and experience that larger corporations often silo.

Ready to advance your career in Gene Therapy? Apply today to join a team that values technical acumen and a "get-it-done" attitude.
