** What Your Impact Is
** As part of ERM’s Impact Assessment team, you will support a broad portfolio of projects through fieldwork, data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will contribute to wetland delineations, habitat assessments, and environmental constraints analyses while collaborating closely with experienced environmental scientists and multidisciplinary teams. Your efforts help ensure ERM delivers high‐quality, technically sound solutions that meet client needs — safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.
** What You’ll Bring
**** Required
* ** BA/BS or Master’s degree in a natural science discipline, or the equivalency of 8+ years of related experience in lieu of education
* 1+ years of professional experience
* Coursework or training in wetland delineation using the 1987 Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual and applicable Regional Supplements
* Familiarity with Army Corps of Engineers Regional Supplements (Arid West and/or Great Plains)
* Ability and willingness to conduct fieldwork up to 75% of the time, outdoors and in variable conditions
* Working knowledge of GPS technologies and map interpretation (e.g., NWI, USGS, aerial imagery)
* Strong commitment to health, safety, and fieldwork best practices
* Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize competing tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision
* Driver's License
Required:
This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

* Experience collecting, reviewing, or managing environmental field data
