Implementation strategies will be developed in collaboration with local clinical teams. This position will be involved in all aspects of the research, including data collection, application of implementation science techniques, and actual deployment.
All duties and responsibilities are carried out in compliance with institutional policies, ethical research standards, and applicable federal and state regulations.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
1. Implementation science. Through coursework, working with implementation science, and actual implementation planning, the trainee will learn all aspects of implementation science.
2. AI in radiation oncology. Specifically, the trainee will learn about how AI tools for radiotherapy are developed, benefits and weaknesses, and risks in implementation and clinical use. This will be through active participation with a research group that focuses on these factors.
3. Scientific communication. This will be through regular presentations, writing papers, and reports.

POSITION INFORMATION
MD Anderson offers full-time postdoc positions with a salary ranging from $64,000 to $76,000. depending on the number of years of postgraduate experience.
