Shore Tankermen - Houston, TX
Canal Barge Company is seeking experienced Shore Tankermen to join their Houston team. These professionals are responsible for the safe transfer of liquid cargos and play a key role in marine operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically fit, and holds all required certifications. - Minimum 5 years Shore Tankerman experience
- Valid U.S. Merchant Mariner’s endorsement as a PIC/DL
- Current, valid TWIC
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment physical (including respirator fit test, must be clean shaven)
- Heater/Boiler experience
- Must live in the Houston area
- Physically able to climb ladders/stairs, bend, stoop, and lift 10-100 pounds
