In this role you will be responsible for the day to day management of a new clinical research site, including site operations, patient visits, and early-stage growth. We are a multi-unit clinical research site network.
Responsibilities- Lead by example in delivering warm, excellent care to every patient at every visit.
- Ensure patient visits are conducted with 100% protocol adherence accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Operate independently in a new site environment, helping establish workflows and day-to-day routines before the site is fully ramped.
- Step directly into patient-facing responsibilities, including Clinical Research Coordinator-level work as needed while the site grows.
- Build the foundation for future team growth by helping create a strong operational base for additional hires as volume increases.
- Maintain strict compliance with study protocols, site procedures, and quality standards at all times.
- Partner with physicians and other site stakeholders to keep study activities organized, timely, and well communicated.
- Solve problems proactively and adapt quickly in a start-up environment where priorities and study mix may evolve.
- Support communication with sponsors, monitors, and other external partners regarding site readiness, visits, and study conduct.
- Help grow the site responsibly with an ownership mindset around efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
- Learn and prepare for new clinical research studies as they are awarded to the site.
- Travel for training and site support as needed, especially during the initial onboarding and pre-launch period to gain hands‑on experience in established Del Richt locations.
- Be self‑motivated, energetic, and positive.
- Focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating memorable experiences.
- Make client satisfaction a primary focus and help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
- Believe in high quality and maintain a high standard of compliance to study protocols.

- Accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success.
- Required:
3 years of supervisory or managerial experience. - Required:
Demonstrated experience overseeing operations across a clinical or business site. - Required:
5+ years of professional working experience. - Required:
The ability to help drive teams while also routinely contributing to patient visits. - Preferred: B.S. or B.A. from any accredited university.
