DCCM in Houston, TX is seeking an Environmental Specialist to support our growing environmental team. You will manage TxDOT-related permitting, assist NEPA documentation, and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
The role requires a degree in environmental science or related field, at least 5 years of wetlands/NEPA experience on transportation projects, and strong field/reporting skills. Arc Pro GIS experience and TxDOT pre-certifications are a plus.
