As a Coordinator, Laboratory,'you'll oversee laboratory operations, ensure safety compliance, manage resources, and support faculty, researchers, and students in a dynamic academic setting.

Salary Range: $47,731 - $57,277

• Coordinate daily laboratory activities and preparation of lab spaces.

• Partner with Environmental Health & Safety teams to implement laboratory safety procedures and compliance standards.

• Supervise student assistants and part‑time employees through training, guidance, and performance management.

• Procure, maintain, and monitor laboratory inventory and equipment.

• Track laboratory budgets and support efficient resource utilization.

• Assist with development of laboratory experiments and provide instructional support as needed.

We're seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem‑solving and working in a dynamic educational environment.

Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of related experience

OR

Associate degree in an Engineering discipline plus ten (10) years of related experience.

Work alongside faculty and students to support innovation and learning.

Help prepare the next generation of engineers, researchers, and technology professionals.
