Location: Near Downtown Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Schedule: Must be available for 2nd and 3rd shift coverage weekends required Position Type: Full-Time Leadership Role

We areseekinga strong, professional Site Manager to provide operational oversight at a high-visibility facility near downtown. This is a working leadership position, combining site management responsibilities with active shift supervision and field support.

The Site Manager will work closely with the Operations Team, Client Service Manager, and United Protective leadership to ensure consistent service delivery, strong communication, and a professional security presence across all assignments.

• Provide overall site management and operational oversight
• Serve as a working leader while supporting shift operations
• Supervise officers and shift supervisors to ensure policy and post order compliance
• Maintain strong communication with UPS leadership and client representatives
• Coordinate access control, patrol operations, and camera monitoring activities
• Ensureaccuratereport writing, documentation, and incident follow-up
• Support staffing coordination and adapt to changing operational needs
• Maintain a proactive leadership presence on-site

• Prior Site Manager or Security Supervisor experience required
• Strong leadership ability with a professional and composed presence
• Excellent report writing and proactive communication skills
• Must be fit for duty and capable of extended walking patrols
• Willing and able to work weekends
• Must be able to work 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Personal electronic devices (including phones) are notpermittedwhile on post
• Valid security license (as required by state law)
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• A hands-on leader who leads from the front
• Strong decision-making and accountability under pressure
• Someone who understands this is a working management role.
