Job Skills / Requirements Security Supervisor / Field SupervisorWe are seeking a professional, dependable Security Supervisor to provide excellent customer service, rapid response to incidents, and strong leadership across multiple client locations.
Responsibilities- Monitoring and patrolling assigned sites
- Responding to incidents and emergencies
- Enforcing client procedures and company standards
- Completing accurate, detailed reports
- Serving as first response across multiple locations
- Applying progressive discipline when authorized
- Valid Level II Security License (TXDPS)
- Prior supervisory experience (Lead, Shift Lead, Field Supervisor)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process
- Valid driver’s license
- Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
High School Diploma or GED
Certification RequirementsDrivers License
Over the age of 25 (Insurance Requirement)
