Security Officer Driver Patrols

Security Officer Driver for Patrols – Houston, TX. As a Part‑Time Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. You will monitor and patrol a transportation location, including a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Pay Rate: $13.00 / Hour

Day Time Wed 07:00 PM – 03:00 AM Thur 07:00 PM – 03:00 AM

• Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout transportation facilities, including public areas, perimeter zones, parking areas, and access points, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help confirm authorized access, assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic, and/or support orderly operations at the location.
• Communicate with site personnel, visitors, and/or first responders during routine operations and unexpected events, providing clear information and assistance as needed.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
