Qualifications- Must be currently licensed as an Armed Security Guard (Level
3) in Texas - 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (required only for armed roles)
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
- Background investigation and drug screening subject to law
At least 1 year of Field Supervisor experience (Required)
Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and patrolling various locations
- Preserve order by enforcing regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the site
- Provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; work conditions may vary by client site
- Act as an attentive observer, identifying potential risks or incidents at client premises
