$21.50 per hour (non‑negotiable)

• Must be currently licensed as an Armed Security Guard (Level
  3) in Texas
• 21+ years of age for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (required only for armed roles)
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
• Background investigation and drug screening subject to law

At least 1 year of Field Supervisor experience (Required)

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and patrolling various locations
• Preserve order by enforcing regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the site
• Provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; work conditions may vary by client site
• Act as an attentive observer, identifying potential risks or incidents at client premises
