** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or public emergency services when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points, observe customer and associate activity, and/or document security-related incidents, hazards, and policy violations in accordance with site guidelines.

+ Support loss prevention and store operations by reporting suspicious behavior, assisting with crowd management, and/or helping to address disorderly conduct and other retail-related concerns.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
