Security Officer Resedential

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or staff by following site-specific access procedures, visitor protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or authorization, issue access credentials as directed, and document visitor, delivery, and contractor activity in accordance with property policies;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related matters to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols around residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Complete required logs, reports, and communication records related to access control, incidents, and daily activity while maintaining a professional presence and courteous interactions at the location
