Armed Security Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with store leadership and/or public responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.;
Monitor access points, observe for unusual activity such as shoplifting, trespassing, and/or disorderly conduct, and follow post orders for reporting, escalation, and incident follow-up.;
Support opening, closing, and high-traffic periods by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with customer interactions, and addressing security-related concerns in accordance with site expectations.
