Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with access control and loss prevention while maintaining a visible armed presence;
Work closely with local leadership and emergency responders, following post orders and communication procedures
