Unarmed Security Officer

Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc. is hiring Level II Non‑Commissioned (Unarmed) Security Officers for uniformed, customer‑facing positions ideal for dependable professionals seeking consistent hours with a growing Texas‑based security company.

• Patrol and monitor the property to maintain a safe, secure environment.
• Secure and monitor amenity areas (leasing office, fitness center, mail center, pool, parks).
• Enforce community rules, including after‑hours loitering policies.
• Observe and report safety hazards, property damage, non‑working lights, and gate issues.
• Document incidents, patrol activity, and emergency vehicle presence with clear reports.
• Communicate professionally with residents, management, and team members.

• Valid Level II Non‑Commissioned (Unarmed) Texas security license (required).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and working cell phone.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Drug‑free; must pass a criminal background check.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
