Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor entry and exit points for employees, contractors, and visitors, verify credentials and/or approvals, and document access activity in accordance with site policies.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for conditions that could impact operations and reporting security-related concerns promptly.;
Help to deter unauthorized access and policy violations at a chemical and petrochemical location by maintaining awareness of restricted areas, delivery activity, and visitor movement.
