Uniformed Armed Security Associate

Event Risk Inc. is seeking Level III officers to join our team as a Uniformed Armed Security Associate. This part‑time position offers a reliable schedule and long‑term stability, providing security for client locations in Houston, primarily during nights and weekends. Officers will play a critical role in complying with post orders to ensure the unit is maintaining a safe environment, mitigating risks, and responding to incidents with professionalism and discretion.

Essential Duties

• Provide a security presence at client restaurant units.
• Monitor and assess potential risks; respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while enforcing security protocols.
• Collaborate with business staff, representatives, and emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Level III security license for the state of Texas and be able to provide your license # during the interviewing process.
• Sign and comply with the Event Risk weapons waiver.
• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Hours (Days and Shift):

• Friday‑Saturday 2200‑0400/2100‑0300/1800‑0000
• Thursday‑Saturday 2200‑0400/2100‑0300
• Sunday‑Thursday 1600‑2200
