YOUR ROLE

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst plays a vital role within CEVA’s 24/7/365 Global Security Operations Center, responsible for monitoring global events, assessing threats, and delivering timely intelligence to protect CEVA’s people, assets, and operations. This position supports the organization’s ability to anticipate, respond to, and mitigate security risks across a dynamic global environment. The Analyst synthesizes information from diverse sources and provides actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making and operational continuity.

This role involves executing core GSOC functions such as incident escalation, emergency response coordination, and threat intelligence reporting. The Analyst must demonstrate strong situational awareness, analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. Responsibilities include alarm response, supporting investigations, monitoring in‑transit assets, remote truck gate management, and contributing to the protection of CEVA’s physical and supply chain security. The Analyst also contributes to the development of GSOC procedures and intelligence products and maintains oversight of key programs such as travel security and mass notification systems.

Please note: this role focuses on physical security (facilities, personnel, and site protection/monitoring), not cybersecurity.

  • Dispatch and monitor security personnel during incidents to ensure effective on‑ground response.
  • Utilize mass notification systems to alert employees during crises or developing threats.
  • Monitor in‑transit CEVA assets and electronic security systems to detect and mitigate risks.
  • Provide remote support for managing CEVA truck gate operations and alarm response.
  • Assist with processing access control and surveillance requests.
  • Support domestic and international investigations related to security incidents.
  • Maintain oversight of the CEVA Travel Security Program.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of GSOC standard operating procedures.
  • Liaise with CEVA Security and Intelligence leadership to align intelligence efforts with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during emergency and critical incident situations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise briefings.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of intelligence products and operational workflows.
