Your Mission
As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. Your responsibilities include:
- Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.
- Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
- Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
- Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
- Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
- Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
- Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
- Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.
- Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).
- Certifications & Credentials:
- TX Level II & III licenses
- U.S. Passport & Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy
- Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation
- Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening
- Skills & Attributes:
- Command presence and confidence under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities
- Physical readiness and mental resilience
- Discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience
- Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response
- LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit
- CPR certification
- EMT license
- Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes
