Security Officer Patrol Inspector

As a Security Officer Patrol Inspector in Houston, TX, you will safeguard clients across a range of industries, such as Government. This part‑time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build a schedule that works for you.

Pay Rate: $16.38 / Hour

• Tue: 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Wed: 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Thur: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.

• Possess at least 6 months of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
