Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

• Fri: 02:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas while checking for policy compliance, access concerns, and/or suspicious behavior within the location.
• Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines while remaining prepared to respond to escalated situations at the location.

• Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
