** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to patrons, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with local law enforcement when needed for an armed post.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, surrounding property, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, and/or potential theft-related concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and high-traffic locations to help to deter policy violations, assist with access-related concerns, and support orderly operations.

+ Assist with de-escalation, report writing, and coordination with store leadership regarding security-related concerns, customer issues, and/or unusual activity within the location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
