Provide customer service to guests, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the hotel or resort property including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points, common areas, and other assigned locations to deter unauthorized activity or report unusual conditions;
Assist with visitor assistance, directions, and customer-facing interactions while maintaining awareness of security-related issues
