Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points, verify identification and/or credentials, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards in accordance with post orders;
Support emergency and public assistance activities by providing directions, assisting with controlled access during incidents, and following established protocols for alarms, evacuations, and/or medical responses
