Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Desk Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, and assisting visitors, staff, and vendors entering the location.;
Support a professional front desk presence by verifying identification, maintaining visitor logs, issuing access credentials, and communicating entry procedures as directed.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.;
Answer phones, receive inquiries, and help direct guests to the appropriate department while observing front lobby activity and documenting relevant security-related information.;
Assist with emergency response activities at the location by following post orders, sharing timely information, and coordinating with site personnel and/or public officials as needed.
