We are looking for professional, polished, customer‑focused individuals to serve as security officers in our North Houston location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain professionalism, communication, and client satisfaction while ensuring a safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assistance with directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at the front desk concerning people, property, and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and patrol to prevent theft and maintain security.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record incident data for building and Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in a client‑facing, concierge‑style security role.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability.
• Experience as door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant professional.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Active Level 2 Security License.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to meet physical essential functions: lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather.
