Security Officer Experienced Armed Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with local management and/or emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the sales floor, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unusual behavior, access issues, and/or policy violations, and report concerns through appropriate channels;
Support loss prevention and store operations by observing customer and employee activity, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and completing detailed incident and activity reports
