Position Overview

Securitas is seeking a professional and motivated Security Site Supervisor to lead daily security operations at a client site in Houston. This position is responsible for supervising Security Officers, ensuring site compliance with security procedures, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting a safe and secure environment.

The ideal candidate will be a dependable leader with previous supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision

* Provide leadership and direction to assigned Security Officers.

* Monitor officer performance and ensure compliance with site policies and procedures.

* Assist with training, coaching, and development of security personnel.

* Conduct routine post inspections and address operational concerns.

* Assist with staffing coordination and schedule coverage when needed.

Security Operations

* Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and client property.

* Monitor security operations and ensure post orders are followed.

* Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security-related concerns.

* Conduct investigations and prepare detailed incident reports when necessary.

* Perform routine patrols and security checks as required.

Client Relations

* Serve as a primary point of contact for client representatives.

* Communicate site activity, operational concerns, and security recommendations effectively.

* Maintain a professional relationship with client management and site personnel.

* Ensure customer service expectations are consistently met.

Administrative Duties

* Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation.

* Maintain accurate records and required security documentation.

* Assist management with operational reporting and communication.

Minimum Qualifications

Required

* Must be 21 years of age or older

* Must possess a valid Driver's License

* Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience

* High School Diploma or GED

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively

* Ability to pass all required background and licensing requirements

Preferred

* Previous security supervisory experience

* Experience with access control, patrol operations, and incident reporting

* Experience working in a customer-service-focused environment

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and report-writing systems
